Description Damsons cooked with a blend of aromatic spices which generates a deep rich flavour, delicious used to garnish hot and cold meat dishes, especially good with beef, duck and game or an enhancement when added to gravies and sauces. The combination of fresh hot chillies and sweet red peppers creates a powerful, yet sweet flavour, making it a lively accompaniment to any meat dish. Also delicious in stir frys, marinades, jacket potatoes, pasta sauces. Rich Port Jelly makes an ideal accompaniment with game, duck, lamb or an enhancement when added to gravies and sauces.

Description The blend of sweet redcurrant juice and rich port makes this jelly a full-bodied condiment ideally suited to accompany lamb, game or duck. Can also enhance the flavour of gravies and sauces. This Apple and Mint Jelly gives a delicious tangy flavour making it the ideal condiment to accompany any meat dish, especially lamb or pork. This luxury Brandy Butter, made from an old family recipe, is generously flavoured with French Brandy giving a real home-made taste. A fine seasonal accompaniment to mince pies, plum puddings etc. Delicious when used for cake fillings and toppings.
